It's fine to be a cross-dresser, in my opinion. It is okay to feel how you feel, do not let anyone, ever, to tell you otherwise. You are 16, the perfect time for you to experiment with your interests and identity. Go ahead and explore. Just a reminder though, the society is harsh, even so in an Asian country.
